“When Kelly and I first met Jamie, we had just fired our previous realtor for laziness and not having our interests at heart. We were referred to Jamie through a family friend. Meeting with Jamie was the best decision we could have made before buying our home. I was stunned at how honest and up front Jamie was with all our questions and even with the questions we did not know we had, thanks to Jamie. Kelly and I probably worked Jamie pretty hard looking at 50+ homes in two different counties, all over a period of 2-3 months. I remember the first day Jamie offered to take us out looking at homes, it was a Sunday. We were shocked that he would take us looking at homes on a Sunday, but Jamie always told us "I'm here for you". Jamie always made us feel like family. Once we finally decided on a house in Alta Sierra, the buying process went great with Jamie at the helm. Kelly and I lived in the house for just seven years and during that time Jamie made sure to stop by with little trinkets or call to say hi every few months. After our seven years in the Alta Sierra home Kelly and I decided to sell our house to move to Tennessee. Once we told Jamie we were ready to sell, he was once again "There for us". Jamie made sure our house was priced right and marketed in as many venues as he had available to him. We were shocked once again when we had a full price offer on the house in less than 10 days. We were so shocked because we actually had to make our moving date a month earlier than planned. Once we made our move to Tennessee, our sale was final and figured this would be one of the last times we would speak with Jamie for quite some time. I then sent a quick email asking Jamie how I go about finding a real estate agent like him here in Tennessee. Jamie took the time to find and contact via phone two possible agents for us in Tennessee. In my book, Jamie is a good person and a great agent. Always going above and beyond the normal expectations of an agent.
Thank you Jamie.”
