After retiring from the military my Wife and I started our journey to our first home as most first time buyers. Disregarding the numerous warnings and suggestions of loved ones and heading out over confident, under educated and blinded by the allure of owning our first home we hit the market running. Without warning we quickly realized how unequipped and unprepared we were for the journey. Within the first three months we had gone through three different agents after one “no longer had time to help us” and two simply stopped returning our phone calls when were unable to find a suitable house with in several weeks. Beyond frustrated Jamie found us right before complications with our VA loan forced to place our search on hold. Despite knowing that we were not actively searching Jamie remained in contact and offer assistance at every opportunity to help get us back on track.
