"To whom it may concern: Jamie Barber was our REALTOR and assisted us in buying our first home. To put it plainly, he was the best. We found Jamie through referrals from our friends and had heard rave reviews. He definitely lived up to the hype! We were first time homebuyers, so we were new to the process. We came into the home buying process knowing nothing about how it worked and we were slightly intimidated. From our first meeting with him, Jamie immediately put us at ease and guided us through the process. He was patient with us through all of our endless questions (and we had a million!) From the home buying process itself, to referrals for pest inspectors and contractors, Jamie was knowledgeable and always there to answer our questions. Looking at tons of houses to find the one you want, all the while on a tight budget, can be challenging. Jamie consistently made the process effortless for us. He was always punctual for our meetings and he graciously put up with us having to bring our 3 month-old son with us. He was never bothered by the occasional diaper change or feeding! He was always prepared with print outs of the homes we were visiting for the day. Every time we went out house hunting, the day was mapped out for us and we constantly felt informed on every house we looked at. Jamie was always patient and worked closely with us to try and find us a home. Since bothof us work full time, Jamie worked around our schedules. He was flexible and we often found ourselves on the phone with him after business hours. Jamie was always willing to take calls whenever we had a question or to meet us after work to look at houses. We were so very grateful to have a Realtor who worked around our schedules and needs. It made the home buying experience so much easier for us as full-time working parents. We were on a fairly limited budget, but we always felt at ease with Jamie about that. It always seemed like he put us first, whether we had $100,000 to spend or $1,000,000 to spend. We truly felt like Jamie cared about us as individuals and really wanted us to find the perfect house for our family . . . not he house that he was going to make the most profit off of! We were very lucky in that we ended up finding the perfect house for our family. However, we almost didn’t go forward on buying the house, because we perceived some issues with it. However, Jamie got the right people on the job and convinced us to just stick with it because we loved the house so much. We worked with some great sellers and Realtors on the other end and Jamie was able to facilitate repairs to the house that we didn’t have to pay for. We ended up buying the perfect house for us and closing in time for the first time homebuyer’s credit. We absolutely love our new house. Sometimes we sit in our living room and think about how lucky we are. We absolutely could not have done it without Jamie. The best part about buying our house with Jamie is that we came out of this whole experience with a new friend we will have for a very long time. We would absolutely recommend Jamie Barber to anyone with real estate needs."
